    Spring break begins on Saturday, February 26; students are really looking forward to enjoying a break and taking some time to rest—but also, and above all, to have fun! In Lac-Saint-Jean, there are plenty of activities taking place throughout the week to entertain, educate, and delight the whole family!

    At the Auberge des Îles in Saint-Gédéon, there’s plenty to do!

    The Val-Jalbert Historical Village: an extraordinary experience.

Also, all week long, accommodation packages will let you stay warm and enjoy organized activities, as well as savor the meals offered by the Village. And don’t forget to have fun on the slides stretching over 100 meters or on the many cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails that Val-Jalbert has to offer!

    The Mashteuiatsh Native American Museum: More Than Just History—It’s an Immersive Experience!

    While the Museum is well known for its many exhibitions and the diverse themes it explores, you’ll be happy to know that it also has a great lineup of activities planned for spring break!

    Throughout the week, from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., join in on craft workshops, reading sessions, forest-themed activities, and even movie screenings.

    If there’s one place you shouldn’t miss in the Lake Region, it’s the famous Saint-Félicien Wildlife Park, home to a wide variety of species. In winter, explore all kinds of animals and see the impressive polar bears. But that’s not all—enjoy a movie screening right in the heart of the Zoo and take a stroll along its many trails!
