Chocolaterie Rose Élisabeth offers chocolates inspired by the wild fruits and spices of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. Whether featuring wild blueberries, rhubarb, cheeses, or craft beers… refinement is guaranteed. During the summer season, enjoy specialty coffees, hot chocolates, teas, and sorbets (fruit-based ice creams). Fresh blueberries coated in dark and milk chocolate are available starting in August.
