Le Grand rassemblement des Premières Nations | Mamuhitunanu (GRPN) showcases the history and traditions of the Pekuakamiulnuatsh (the Ilnu of Pekuakami) and other First Nations through cultural activities. The festivities take place in an atmosphere of exchange and sharing among community members, other First Nations, and non-Indigenous visitors who wish to deepen their understanding of these distinctive cultures.

Canoe races, portage competitions, and a triathlon combining canoe racing and portage will be part of the 19th edition on July 5 and 6, 2025, at the Uashassihtsh site and the Mashteuiatsh arena.

July 12 and 13, 2025, will feature the powwow, a spiritual event where dance and song play a central role. During this cultural gathering, the beliefs and customs surrounding certain moments take on a sacred nature that requires specific protocols to be observed by both participants and visitors.
