Camerises Mistouk is a family-owned business recognized as one of the largest producers and processors of camerises in Quebec, with over 70,000 plants grown in the Lac-Saint-Jean region. Driven by a passionate team, the company is dedicated to introducing people to this unique boreal berry through a variety of processed products and numerous agritourism activities. The camerise is also considered a superfruit, particularly due to its high antioxidant content. In 2023, Camerises Mistouk was also one of the first Quebec companies to obtain GreenStep Sustainable Tourism certification, demonstrating its commitment to environmentally friendly practices.
